Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
對應滑雪課程的條款 For Ski & Snowbaord Lesson Only
1. 訂金及付款
- 學員需繳付50%課堂費用作訂金,方可確認課堂預約。
- 剩餘50%尾數需於課堂開始前10日內繳付完成。
Deposit and Payment
Students are required to pay 50% of the lesson fee as a deposit to confirm the booking.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the lesson starts.
2. 個人原因取消
- 如因個人原因需取消課堂預約,將不設退款。
Cancellation Due to Personal Reasons
No refund will be provided for cancellations due to personal reasons.
3. 特殊情況安排
- 若因惡劣天氣、航班取消、雪場關閉或其他不可抗力事件,而導致未能如期上課,學員可選擇:
(a) 更改課堂日期(視乎教練情況能否可安排)或
(b) 申請退回課堂總金額之80% (如經網站信用卡付款,退款需30-60天,款項退回信用卡內,但當中可能有匯款差額)
- 所有退款或更改安排將由 Harmony 滑雪學校根據實際情況作最終決定。
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of severe weather, flight cancellation, slope closure, or other force majeure events (such as natural disasters ) that prevent attendance, students may choose to:
(a) reschedule the lesson (Coach/School to availability), or
(b) receive an 80% refund of the total amount of the lesson.
(If you paid by credit card through our website, the refund will take 30-60 days and the amount will be refunded to the credit card, but there may be a exchange rate difference).
All refund or rescheduling decisions will be determined by Harmony Ski School at its sole discretion.
