取消政策

對應滑雪課程的條款 For Ski & Snowbaord Lesson Only 1. 訂金及付款 - 學員需繳付50%課堂費用作訂金，方可確認課堂預約。 - 剩餘50%尾數需於課堂開始前10日內繳付完成。 Deposit and Payment Students are required to pay 50% of the lesson fee as a deposit to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the lesson starts. 2. 個人原因取消 - 如因個人原因需取消課堂預約，將不設退款。 Cancellation Due to Personal Reasons No refund will be provided for cancellations due to personal reasons. 3. 特殊情況安排 - 若因惡劣天氣、航班取消、雪場關閉或其他不可抗力事件，而導致未能如期上課，學員可選擇： (a) 更改課堂日期（視乎教練情況能否可安排）或 (b) 申請退回課堂總金額之90% (如經網站信用卡付款, 只能退回80%，退款需30-60天，款項退回信用卡內，但當中可能有匯款差額) - 所有退款或更改安排將由 Harmony 滑雪學校根據實際情況作最終決定。 Exceptional Circumstances In cases of severe weather, flight cancellation, slope closure, or other force majeure events (such as natural disasters ) that prevent attendance, students may choose to: (a) reschedule the lesson (Coach/School to availability), or (b) receive an 90% refund of the total amount of the lesson. (If you paid by credit card through our website，80% refund only, the refund will take 30-60 days and the amount will be refunded to the credit card, but there may be a exchange rate difference). All refund or rescheduling decisions will be determined by Harmony Ski School at its sole discretion
